NOTE:

• The registration fee will allow you to attend the workshop and any other services that we are planning to provide during the workshop. There will be morning and afternoon breaks and lunches on November 13th-15th, 2015. The reception dinner on the evening of November 13th will also be covered. In addition, registered authors will also get a copy of the LNAI during the workshop (note that in case of any delay, we will provide the LNAI Proceedings soon after the conference).
• The conference organizers WILL NOT be responsible for missing payments and/or any other problems related to the payments. The registration fee is non-refundable.
• At least one author of each paper should register for the conference in order for their paper to be included in the LNAI. Additional (co)authors of that paper should register if and only they also wish to attend the workshop. In other words, if the remaining (co)authors of that paper do not wish to attend the conference, they need not pay any fee.

Please indicate paper information in payment message field so that we could easily distinguish your registration. For example:
conference paper with id 16 is "miwai16";
No paper attendee is "npa" + name.

Once receiving payment, a confirmation letter will be sent. Note that early bird registration deadline is set to 14th, Sep, 2015. After that time an extra fee will be added.

REGISTRATION STEPS FOR THE WORKSHOP

• Please ask your banker's to transfer the prescribed registration fee using one of suitable payment modes mentioned above.
• Send an email to (zhicong.chen@fzu.edu.cn) attaching acknowledgement of the transfer of registration fees by your banker's.
• If you are an author please indicate in the email your Easychair paper number. If you are a student author, please also enclose scanned copy of your valid University's ID card.
• If you are a non-author (student or others), please send an email indicating your address details, mobile number. If you are a non-author (student), please also send a scanned copy of your valid University's ID card.
• Once we send an email acknowledgement, after an amount has been credited in the MIWAI 2015 account, will confirm your registration.
